New applicants for ISCFS membership must ALSO download Application Form for the desired membership category, and must submit all required additional materials in Dossier by mail as directed in form, or your application will not be processed. You must ALSO select your new membership Category above.

Renewing members requesting a category upgrade must select BOTH the new category item AND the "Renewing member, upgrading category" item. Upgrading members must remit both Application Fee AND Dues for the new category, and must submit required Application Form and full Dossier BY MAIL as directed, or upgrade applications cannot be processed.
Upgrading your ISCFS membership status to a new category requires payment of the $50 Application Fee AND submission, by mail, of the downloadable Application Form AND full Dossier for the NEW category. Upgrades will not be processed until Fee is paid and Dossier has been received by mail and approved. You must ALSO select your new membership Category above.
